Description The PL-A686M is a 6.6 megapixel monochrome microscopy camera suitable for bright-field microscopy.

The PL-A686M is a high-resolution microscopy camera designed to capture publication quality images. The camera has a 6.6 megapixel resolution and can provide 5 frames per second at that resolution to the computer. For preview, the resolution can be decimated to provide up to 88 frames per second at VGA resolution. The region of interest is user selectable and there are multiple decimation modes that make the camera very flexible.

Coupled with PixeLINK Capture software, the PL-A686M becomes a highly productive image capture tool for bright-field microscopy. All camera functions can be controlled from the software application and high-resolution images or AVI video clips can be captured with ease.
