  • The design concepts of the P.F.C. SIGMA RP inserts are founded on the clinically proven design principles of the LCS mobile-bearing knee, providing patients with greater rotational freedom and conformity without constraint.
  • Mobile-Bearing Tibial trays are available in two styles, both with a central rotating cone design.
  • The sweptback "keel" design provides rotational stability and facilitates placement of the implant into the prepared proximal tibial plateau.
  • The "peripheral rib" stem design is identical to the time-tested LCS tray.
  • Both styles are anatomically designed to maximally cap the proximal tibial plateau.
  • P.F.C. SIGMA RP Curved tibial insert articulates with P.F.C. SIGMA cruciate-retaining femoral component
  • Optimizes balance between anterior/posterior stability and rollback
  • Minimizes peak stresses- fully conforming during gait

  • The smooth sagittal radius of the P.F.C. Sigma femoral components contributes to proper patello-femoral tracking throughout full range of motion.
  • A deeply radiused trochlear groove and matching single-radius dome patella maintain contact in deep flexion, even if malaligned.
  • Rounded coronal geometry maximizes the contact area and provides forgiveness against varus-valgus thrusts
