Description Building on a strong heritage, the Alcon OcuScan RxP Ophthalmic Ultrasound System, establishes a new standard in ophthalmic ultrasound instrumentation. With improved auto modes and flexible set-up options, OcuScan RxP makes it simple to obtain measurements that are both accurate and reproducible. Designed to enhance patient care by providing high quality eye measurements in an easy to use format for A-Scan Biometry and Pachymetry applications, the OcuScan RxP represents a unique combination of ergonomics and advanced technology.

With age-related velocity compensation for natural lens, K-Calculation for eyes with refractive surgery and high resolution A-scans, OcuScan RxP offers the latest technology in A-Scan Biometry. The intuitive graphical interface and color display provides touch screen control in a light-weight portable design.

The unique Pachymetry Option accurately measures corneal thickness, offering the flexibility to accommodate pre- and post- Refractive procedures. OcuScan RxP provides the clinical detail and accuracy necessary to aid in preemptive Glaucoma screening for patients with varying needs.

OcuScan RxP continues the tradition in offering the same high standards in Reliability and Service customers have come to expect from Alcon products. OcuScan RxP is available in the United States as a customer installed system with 24/7 telephone support from our factory trained Technical Service specialists. The system comes standard with a 13-month warranty on both the system and accessories, inclusive of probes.
