Features Modular design with easy interchangeability of components. Sterilizable covers for eyepieces, magnification changer and focus. Removable sterilizable parascope handles guide scope head position. Choice of straight or 45 inclined binocular tubes. Adjustable eyepieces with built-in diopter adjustment and friction lock. 3-step magnification changer (1x, 2x, 3x) in one simple movement. Wider Field of View (8.3 mm up to 150 mm) and a greater depth of focus (3 mm up to 76 mm). Wide range of magnification options (1.2x up to 29x). Changeable working distances from 7 (18 cm) up to 20 (51 cm). Hermedicly sealed surgical ACMI style fiberoptic illumination cable. Dovetail accessory mount to accommodate surgical laser devices. Scope head rotates and tilts up, down, and side to side. Counterbalanced suspension arm with pre-set tension control. Friction locks on the suspension arm and microscope head to control scope position and movement. Solid cast iron base with locking full swivel 3 1/4 wheel casters.
Description Neuro-Surgical microscope system has been designed to help the neurosurgeon minimize fatigue. The maneuverability of this system is such that it provides fatigue-free viewing even at the most difficult of angles as in posterior fossa, cerebral tumor, and aneurysm surgery, routine craniotomies, and nerve transplantations.
