Description Neuro-Patch is a non-absorbable dura substitute, manufactured from highly purified polyesterurethane. Its microporous structure allows the proliferation of fibroblast, supporting tissue in-growth; the dense "weave" minimizes suture channels, resulting in decreased chance of cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
