Description The Microlite ventilated microcentrifuge combines powerful, quiet performance with attractive, compact styling. Microlite is the premier microcentrifuge that gives you maximum value...MORE for LESS.

More Separating Power
Produces forces up to 17,000 xg at speeds of 13,500 rpm on 24 (1.5-2.0 ml) samples or 48 (0.5 mL) microtubes.

More Features
Microlite includes a choice of g-force or rpm speed control, gentle and fast acceleration/braking rates, audible end of run signal, as well as momentary spin and time hold selections.

Less Noise
Other microcentrifuges that are less powerful than Microlite are noisy distractions, but Microlite operates at a quiet 62 dBA at full speed so you can work while Microlite works.

Less Space
Only 12 inches wide, Microlite requires less bench space than the majority of microcentrifuges (particularly refrigerated) with comparable sample capacity and power.

For spinning temperature sensitive samples, or to move your cold room onto your bench, see the Microlite RF model (pictured above on left). For applications that require higher g's, see our Micromax microcentrifuge, capable of generating up to 21,000 xg. Rotors are fully interchangeable between all of these models.
