MediMAR produces a dynamic and complete representation of the patient's medication profile, including clinician orders, medication list, allergies, and notes specific to medication administration or alerts that increase patient safety.

MediMAR uses bar code technology which allows the nurse to scan her badge, the patient's hospital identification band, and the medication, to assure that the right patient is receiving the correct medication in the correct dose and route. The application operates with wireless technology, handheld, full screen PC, and touch-screen technology allowing the caregiver the most efficient and accurate methods to document patient medication administration.
