  • After removing imaged evidence of a lesion, the 8G Tissue Marker accurately marks the site by attaching to soft tissue with a small stainless steel marker.
  • Works in conjunction with Mammotome 8G probe for deployment via single insertion.
  • Compatible with both Mammatome System 8G probes.
  • Visible on future mammograms.
    • Description Deploying a radiographic Tissue Marker directly to the biopsy site helps to identify where a previous biopsy was performed. The MICROMARK® II Tissue Marker is the only marker specifically designed and tested for use with the MAMMOTOME Biopsy System. It accurately, permanently, and radiographically marks a site after a biopsy with the MAMMOTOME System. The MICROMARK II Tissue Marker is available for use with both the 8G and 11G MAMMOTOME product probes.
