The MGB Alert C. pneumoniae Primer Mix consists of a ready to use 20x formulation for amplifying a region of the major outer membrane protein gene in C. pneumoniae. It is biplexed with an Internal Control 1 primer pair and is designed for use with the MGB Alert C. pneumoniae Probe Mix.

The MGB Alert C. pneumoniae Probe Mix consists of a FAM labeled probe in a ready to use 20x formulation for detecting a region of the major outer membrane protein gene in C. pneumoniae. It is biplexed with an Internal Control 1 probe and designed for use with the MGB Alert C. pneumoniae Primer Mix.

The MGB Alert C. pneumoniae Positive Control consists of a ready to use formulation with a concentration of 107 copies/L and is designed for use with MGB Alert C. pneumoniae detection reagents.
