Features 1.3 megapixel CCD for brilliant images, 2.9 megapixels in the high-resolution mode. 12 bit grayscale. High linearity over the whole light intensity range. Peltier cooling produces a high dynamic range and permits both dark and light objects to be recorded in the same image without variations. Exposure times from 1/10.000 second up to 60 seconds. Simple connection to a microscope using the C-mount interface. Camera power supply and fast, reliable data transfer with only one cable. Live image for fast focusing and positioning. Intuitive user interface with convenient image capture and processing functions for MAC.

DFC350 F mono-chrome digital camera system is specifically designed for imaging applications where limited light is available. State-of-the-art electronics create bright, vibrant images without noise or color aberrations. The high dynamic range offered by the Leica cameras allow dark and light objects to be recorded and evaluated in the same image.
