    Launched in 1988, this design revolutionized airway management and its use is now standard practice in general anesthesia. Used successfully in millions of patients worldwide the LMA Classic™ is a safe hands free alternative to tracheal intubation.

    The LMA Classic™ can be used for a wide range of routine applications from general anesthesia to emergency use or as a resuscitation device.

    The single use LMA Classic™ (LMA Unique™) was included in the American Heart Association Guidelines 2000 for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.
