  • Description The ANA and ENA assays can be used to screen out patients negative for antinuclear antibodies, which are associated with various systemic rheumatic diseases such as Systemic lupus erythematosus (Lupus), Sjgren's syndrome, mixed connective tissue disease, progressive systemic sclerosis, scleroderma, polymyositis, dermatomyositis, and Raynaud's phenomenon. They can also be used in conjunction with our individual antibody assays to identify specific autoantibodies.
