Description Today's three preferred cardiac markers are available on the Innotrac Aio! immunoassay system. Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI) is a marker with very high sensitivity and specificity for myocardial injury (MI). Myoglobin appears very soon following AMI. CK-MB (mass) is a traditional marker of cardiac injury.
