  • Variable screw angulation: Screws can be inserted into vertabral bodies at varying angles
  • Protected against screw back-out: Screws interlock with plate through special screw head design
  • No plate corrosion risk: Inion plates are biodegradable
  • Plates are easily contoured when heated at Inion Thermo+ water bath
Description The Inion S-1™ Biodegradable Anteroir Cervical System, in conjunction with adjunctive immobilization (i.e. simultaneous conservative treatment with a collar), is intended for use in single level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion procedures as a means to maintain the relative position of block bone allografts or autografts.

This device is not intended to be used in other areas of spine, and not for load bearing indications.
