Company Matrix Technologies Corporation
Item Impact EXP 6-Channel Electronic Pipettor, 2-125L
Features
Description Exp Expandable Tip System

A lower cost alternative to Equalizers, the patented EXP System allows you to perform multi-sample transfers between two different vessel configurations. With the push or pull of a knob, tip spacing can be quickly and easily adjusted for test tubes (and microcentrifuge tubes) or 96 well plates.

Ergonomic Design for Unparalleled Comfort
Pick one of our pipettors up and use it. Notice the balance. Notice the trigger and ejector positionsright where they should beeven if youre left-handed. Thats because our pipettors are ergonomically designed to help avoid repetitive stress injuries caused by long hours of pipetting.

Productivity In The Palm Of Your Hand
Start dispensing right away or create a program with up to 40 steps. Perform neat sample additions, simple dilutions, serial dilutions, rapid reagent additions, supernatant collections or other procedures individually or programmed in sequence according to protocol. Turn the pipettor off and it automatically remembers your most recent sequence the next time you turn it on.

Simple Calibration
In-lab calibration can be performed quickly and easily. The software provides a trail of calibration information.

Speed Control
Impact and Impact2 pipettors allow convenient on-the-fly speed control. Aspiration and dispense speeds may be individually selected from three (Impact) or five (Impact2) different settings. Impact2 features two additional slower speeds for dispensing onto electrophoresis gels.

Rechargeable, Long-Lasting Batteries
Our multichannel pipettors come with a power supply adapter and one set of NiCad batteries rated for 1200 cycles before recharging. (16-channel pipettors are provided with lithium ion batteriessee Accessories for details.) You have the option of continuing to use the pipettor while its rechargingjust plug it into the power supply and continue operation. The battery compartment is on the underside of the control panel for convenient replacement.
