Description The ImmunoDOT Autoimmunity Screening Panel 6 is an enzyme immunoassay (EIA) test for screening and detection of autoantibodies against various specific nuclear antigens (SS-A, SS-B, RNP/Sm, Sm, Jo-1, and Scl-70) in serum, and is used as an aid in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), Sjgren's syndrome and other rheumatoid diseases.
