  • Self-contained reagent pack and waste container - eliminates cumbersome external tubing sets, reagent containers and waste reservoirs, making technology suitable for point of care use
  • QC - easy to run in minutes with results stored for analysis and display on SmartCard (no manual charting)
Description The Ichor hematology instrument is a self-contained, compact, easy-to-use, bedside automated cell counter. When used with Plateletworks reagents, the Ichor system provides a hematology profile of a standard CBC with platelet count plus platelet aggregation within five minutes. The test is simple. A fresh whole blood sample is added to both an EDTA baseline and a Collagen or ADP agonist tube. All tubes are run on the Ichor hematology analyzer. CBC, including platelet count, is available within minutes. Platelet aggregation is then calculated from results.
