    Fluidics
    The INFINITI Vision System includes a Fluidics Management System (FMS) offering unsurpassed performance with capabilities unavailable on any other ophthalmic surgery platform. Thanks to its non-compliant design, the INFINITI FMS offers greater chamber stability and enhanced control.

    AquaLase
    AquaLase liquefaction device is the key to an innovative new method of removing lens material. Using fluid micropulses, the AquaLase handpiece emulsifies all but the hardest lenses in comparable time to traditional methods, while potentially reducing complications like incisional burns and capsular ruptures.

    NeoSoniX
    The NeoSoniX handpiece combines linear ultrasonic motion with oscillatory sonic motion. This allows you to reposition tissue at the tip, which many surgeons have found to be an important advancement in surgical precision and control.

    Ultrasound
    The new INFINITI ultrasound handpiece minimizes weight and provides maximum comfort during lens removal. All the power you've come to expect from Alcon is packed into the design. So the only thing you'll be giving up is the excess size and weight of previous ultrasound handpieces

    • Description Alcons new Infiniti Vision System is the worlds first tri-modal cataract removal surgical instrument. This single instrument now allows surgeons to choose from three different methods to remove a cataract. The Infiniti Vision System features revolutionary Fluidics and unique tri-modal energy delivery options using the new AquaLase Liquefaction Device, Ultrasound and NeoSoniX handpieces. Increased flexibility and greater options provide surgeons with more control over the lens-removal procedure, which potentially offers the reduced risk of complications. It also represents the first departure from ultrasound phacoemulsification, which has been the industry standard for almost 25 years.
