  • The ability to move the plastic ID tag helps to provide continuous ID of patients and reduce misidentification errors associated with unbanded patients.
  • Printing labels from the ID band tag eliminates the need for a separate blood bank ID band.
  • The admitting band has several pockets and pouches which accommodate different types of Alert Tags which eliminate the costs for additional ID bands to warn hospital personnel about a patients medication allergies, advance directives and critical conditions affecting their respective treatment and care.
Description IDENTI-MATCH III is a label-based patient ID system which combines the IDENTI-MATCH Blood Recipient Identification System, an admitting band and up to six alert or warning ID bands. It is designed to be the only ID band worn by hospital patients. It integrates the benefits of bedside clot tube labeling for blood banks into a multipurpose ID band that consolidates admitting and nursing alert bands.
