ProductsHydrophilic Personal Catheter Closed System-Single Unit
Company Rochester Medical
Item Hydrophilic Personal Catheter Closed System-Single Unit
Features
  • Easy to take along and use, even in unfamiliar settings
  • The all-silicone Hydrophilic Personal Catheter provides enough firmness for comfortable, easy catheter movement yet its gentle handling characteristics minimize the trauma that can occur with stiffer catheters
  • As importantly, its unique hydrophilic coating creates a cushion of water over the catheter's surface for virtually friction-free insertion and removal
  • A seamless tip and four comfort-sized drainage eyes also enhance movement over sensitive urethral tissues
Description It's easy on delicate urethral tissues. The gentle, silicone design and hydrophilic coating provide nearly friction-free movement, without a lubricating gel. It's easy to maintain sterility. You simply wet the catheter with its own sterile water, avoiding contamination from tap water.
