    • Description The Hancock II bioprosthesis from Medtronic has more than 15 years of proven clinical experience. Worldwide clinical studies demonstrate that the freedom from structural valve deterioration with Hancock II aortic and mitral bioprostheses is substantially better than results reported for other valves. For more than 20 years, Medtronics mitral valves have incorporated a ratchet mechanism to ease implantability, a feature made possible by Medtronics flexible acetal homopolymer stent. This is now available on Aortic Tissue Valves - CINCH Advanced Implant System.
