Description The patented Applied Fiberoptics Gemini surgical headlight is perfectly balanced and incorporates superior optics. The headlight is durable and ultra-low-profile and illuminates brilliantly while allowing surgeons to work closely without the annoying "rams effect." The fully adjustable headband, made of white molded nylon, is designed to sit low on the brow, directing the spot along your line of vision. Two clips on the headband position the cable diagonally over the head, balancing the headlight's total weight of 6 ounces (170g) so evenly that strain is virtually eliminated - even during long procedures.

The Gemini eliminates the problem of clumsy headlight interference when surgeons work closely together over the same operative site. The headlight features two bright red, easy-to-use controls - a small spot control that adjusts spot sizes (10 mm - 80 mm) and a contoured spot-tilt joystick, positioned to the side for easy adjustment by the circulating nurse.

The Gemini's patented lens system employs superior optics that are compactly mounted on a molded white nylon headband, allowing surgeons to work closely without the annoying "rams effect." Its sleek, ultra-low-profile encapsulated design is perfect for working with most face shields and other protective eyewear.
