    • Description The drilling and rasping necessary in cruciate ligament reconstruction procedures frequently leaves debris and roughness on the bone surface. This condition, if not rectified with a smoothing device, can damage the cruciate replacement. The GORE SMOOTHER Crucial Tool is designed to facilitate cruciate ligament reconstruction procedures. The tool functions as both a trial graft and a smoothing, measurement and graft introduction device. Its wire braids remove debris and smooth rough bone edges, while a pliable introducer allows for easy insertion and passage through bone tunnels. Packaged sterile, the GORE SMOOTHER Crucial Tool is intended for single use only.
