Description Vaginitis testing simplified In-office. Information. In real time. The FemExam pH and Amines TestCard provides accurate definitive indications of elevated vaginal fluid pH (pH >= 4.7) and detects the presence of amines. The innovative format is easy to use and delivers accurate results when you need them - now. Simply rub a swab containing unprocessed vaginal fluid across each test area and the results are there for you to see within two minutes. A blue minus sign means a negative result. A blue positive sign means a positive test result.
