    • Description The Smith & Nephew FasT-Fix® Meniscal Repair System is the only All-Inside suture implant technique that delivers the fixation strength of a vertical mattress stitch. The unique features of this next generation system provides the benefits of two points of fixation while minimizing the morbidities associated with suture techniques and headed meniscal implants. With preloaded implants, a pre-tied, self-sliding knot, and an innovative pusher/cutter device, the FasT-Fix System enables you to efficiently deploy two implants vertically or horizontally, tighten the suture, and trim the excess. Because the FasT-Fix System contains no hard device heads, trauma to the articular cartilage is minimized.
