Description Double Antibody Estradiol is an 125I radioimmunoassay designed for in vitro diagnostic use in the quantitative measurement of estradiol in serum, for the investigation of precocious puberty in girls and gynecomastia in men, and for the differential diagnosis of amenorrhea. It is also intended for monitoring of ovulation induction with and without stimulation in assisted reproductive technology (ART).
