  • This Westergren standard pipette offers a triple plugged pipette tube and transparent reservoir allowing for additional protection against accidental overfilling and overflow.
  • Conforms with NCCLS guidelines for ESR testing (when used with H-1705).
  • Allows the customer to use either EDTA or Sodium Citrate treated blood.
Description ESR is a widely used screening test for determining the presence of clinical illness. Hypoguard's precision oriented Dispette branded system is considered the manual standard, authenticated by the Westergren tube stamp. No other system meets defined NCCLS/ICSH guidelines designed to maintain consistency of patient care. Specialized systems are also available for pediatric applications, or when blood volume is at a premium.
