  • Imports DICOM MR images.
  • Analyzes different views of the heart: short-axis and long-axis (four- and two-chamber views).
  • Analyzes both left and right ventricles.
  • Analyzes tagged MR images of the heart to
    a. track the motion in regions from tagged images using the HARP ,
    b. measure regional function: circumferential shortening, radial strain, and wall thickening,
    c. measure ventricular torsion in short-axis views of the heart.
  • Analyzes untagged images of the heart and contrast images to
    a. identify the inner and outer contours to measure global function,
    b. marks hyper- and hypo-enhanced regions in contrast images.
  • Easy visualization of the measurements and cine movies.
  • Exports results in different data formats, including excel, movies, and text.
  • Easy reporting of the results.
Description Diagnosoft HARP is designed for rapid analysis of tagged cardiac MR images using the HARP technology, which is packaged into an intuitive, easy-to-use graphic user interface.
