Information from all care settings within the healthcare system - clinics, hospitals, home health practices and long-term care is stored and available through the patients medical record.
  • Essential tools for coders for abstracting medical records, optimizing APC and DRG grouping, case mix management and provides extensive reporting capabilities
  • Track requests for patient health information from sources outside your facility. The application tracks what, when and to whom information was released.
  • Provides functionality for facilities to track medical record charts with the check-out, check-in and reporting capabilities. Identifies delinquent charts by department, location, and/or physician and sends notices
  • Automates identifying incomplete medical record charts and notifying physicians to remind them to complete the documentation and sign.
