Description A new highly sensitive and specific second-generation peptide-based test, DIASTAT Anti-CCP* is an ELISA based on the detection of autoantibodies against the cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) containing modified arginine residues in human serum or plasma. Enabling early and accurate diagnosis of RA, the Anti-CCP assay provides an additional tool in the diagnosis and management of patients with RA.
