Features The new CyFlow SL instrument can performs forward and side scatter analysis together with up to 3 fluorescence parameters. Realtime data acquisition and display are performed by using FloMax, a Windows-based FCM software. The CyFlow SL allows to perform true volumetric absolute counting based on scatter signals after cell labelling with fluorescent dyes or antibodies. For different excitation wavelengths various solid state or Nd:YAG-lasers can be used. The CyFlow SL runs on 12 V DC power.
Description Compact mobile flow cytometer for any kind of cell analysis and absolute volumetric counting. The CyFlow SL analyzes forward and side scatter signals in combination with up to 3 fluorescence channels. Data acquisition, analysis, and real-time display is performed with a PC or laptop employing Windows FloMax software.
