Features The CyFlow Counter is the dedicated flow cytometer for absolute counting of CD4+ T-cells (as well as CD8 and CD3). The direct and rapid counting result display in terms of cells per l blood sample. The CyFlow runs either on 100-240 V or on 12 V DC power. Realtime data acquisition and display are performed by using Partec DPAC FCM software. The CyFlow Counter allows to perform true volumetric absolute counting without the need of any reference method. The solid state lasers of CyFlow show a unique short and long term stability superior over water and air cooled gas lasers.
Description Ultracompact mobile/portable flow cytometer especially suited for cell analysis and true absolute volumetric counting. The CyFlow allows to analyze scatter signals in combination with up to 2 fluorescence channels. Data acquisition, analysis, and real-time display is performed with a built-in PC employing Partec DPAC software, built-in TFT colour monitor and pushbutton system.
