ProductsCrystalline ActFix
Company Vitatron B.V.
Item Crystalline ActFix
Features The short spacing, 10 mm tip to ring, reduces sensing of far-field R waves and myopotentials, providing better therapy. The Crystalline lead allows a higher sensitivity setting of the pacemaker system, to detect Atrial Fibrillation better. The small 6F lead body allows easier passage and positioning. Combined with the improved flexibility, the Crystalline lead is designed to facilitate site-specific placement. The Siloxane-treated insulation gives a slippery surface, reduces sticking of leads in a dual chamber implant. The new extendable/retractable mechanism improves handling characteristics. There is a more consistent number of turns and the lead provides clear feedback using fluoroscopy.
Description The Vitatron Crystalline Active fixation lead series are silicone endocardial leads with a new extendable retractable helix mechanism, specifically designed for optimal sensing performance of the pacemaker system, reducing the sensing of far-field R waves and myopotentials. The Crystalline Active fixation leads allow a higher sensitivity setting for improved detection of atrial fibrillation.
