    • Description The Corkscrew Parachute Tissue Anchor allows one step fixation of soft tissue to bone. This implant is ideal for arthroscopic knotless rotator cuff repair in one simple insertion maneuver. The titanium suture anchor has an outside thread diameter of 5 mm and a small 2 mm core diameter. The #2 FiberWire suspension sutures securely hold a thin, bioabsorbable PLLA disc 5 mm from the proximal aspect of the anchor and is 8 mm in diameter. The FiberWire suspension sutures are secured to the anchor with pre-tied knots recessed in the anchor body. This design creates firm apposition of soft tissue to bone and provides for maximum footprint restoration. Corkscrew Parachute is also available with a 3.5 mm spacing between the anchor and the disc.
