Description Vital signs, Assessments, Care Management, I/O, Flow Sheets, Medication Administration Record, Test Results, Chart Notes and Therapies are accessible. Vitals and other periodic patient progress can be charted at the point of care on a wireless handheld terminal so the computer patient record is always current. Patient summary gives longitudinal view of patients health status. Automatic data capture from clinical modules along with the ability to attach images.
