Description	The two distinct polyethylene glycol polymers that combine to form COSEAL Surgical Sealant have the unique ability to chemically bond to each other, as well as to tissue surfaces. The fully biocompatible synthetic material forms a flexible, watertight seal that remains intact at the site and is able to withstand arterial pressure. It is completely resorbed by the body within 30 days of application. Because it contains no human or animal proteins, COSEAL Surgical Sealant carries no risk of viral transmission.
