The CEQ 8800 utilizes dual plates and sample tracking technology to provide an advanced, industry-leading genetic analysis solution. High-resolution system that adapts well to daily workflow changes in sample type and complexity. Automatically scores the presence or absence of amplified fragment length polymorphism-generated fragments (dominant scoring), making it an accurate, fast and easy-to-use tool for researchers performing AFLP fingerprinting techniques. Quantitative analysis is possible by using an option to export the peak heights. Allow simultaneous analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms at multiple sites of a template (or different templates). Delivers precise DNA sizing, accurate allele assignment and automated data review. Important part of a comprehensive set of interrelated Genomelab solutions specifically designed to accelerate genetic research.
Description The CEQ 8800 features unique DNA sequencing reagents including linear polyacrylamide gel (LPA), coated capillaries, ITP chemistry and cyanine-based infrared dyes- coupled with online denaturation. This results in less correction, ore meaningful raw data, and higher-quality final analyses. All of which enables the CEQ 8800 to resolve complex sequences, filling in the gaps with high-quality sequences.
