Description The Bausch & Lomb UV-Absorbing, Silicone Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lens Model C11UB is indicated for primary implantation for the visual correction of aphakia in patients 60 years of age or older in whom the cataractous lens has been removed by phacoemulsification extracapsular extraction methods. This device is intended to be placed only in the capsular bag following successful circular tear anterior capsulotomy with a verified absence of radial tears.
