Features Available in diameters 46 mm to 70 mm to meet all patient needs. Closed pore porous coating with hydroxyapatite coating for minimal wear debris ingress and long term fixation. (1, 2, 3, 4). Incorporates 3 radial fins and a rim flare for primary fixation and rotational stability. 3 dome holes for optional supplementary screw fixation with low profile 6.5 mm titanium screws to meet patient requirements. ArCom polyethylene RingLoc liner - 47% increase in wear resistance coupled with superior liner stability. Option of metal on metal articulation for minimal wear debris. Accepts 22.22 mm, 26 mm, 28 mm and 32 mm acetabular liners to meet surgical preference. Forms a complete system with the BiHAPro Hip Stem.
