BAK/L Anterior

ProductsBAK/L Anterior
Company Zimmer, Inc.
Item BAK/L Anterior
Features Provides exceptional stability by tensioning the annulus with distraction plugs and positioning the implant within the disc space to support the primary loading forces of the spine. Larger-hole designs make the implant less susceptible to fibrous tissue encapsulation, encouraging bony growth through and around the implants for long-term stability. Integrated internal ribbing enhances implant fatique insuring long-term structural integrity. Square threads increase resistance to shear forces, reduce localized stress concentrations and provide a "press-fit" in the vertebrae to enhance segmental stability and improve bone remodeling. BAK instrumentation provides multiple methods of both laparoscopic and open implant placement allowing the procedure to be tailored to the surgeon's or patient's specific needs.
Description Anterior Interbody fusion with proven clinical performance. Large hole design. Request info fda status for sale.
