Features	The Focus Diagnostics Arbovirus IFA IgG Kit and the Arbovirus IFA IgM Kit contain IFA substrate slides with fixed individual spots of EEE, SLE, WEE and CE group viruses on each well. This feature allows a patient's sample to be evaluated for the presence of antibodies against all four antigens. For quality control, a polyvalent arbovirus positive control is provided which contains antibodies against all four antigens. Focus Diagnostics Arbovirus IFA Test Kits are packaged with sufficient materials to perform 80 determinations. Each kit contains ten 8 well slides, class specific antihuman fluorescein conjugate, IgG or IgM as needed, and negative and positive titered controls. Both the Arbovirus IFA IgG Kit and the Arbovirus IFA IgM Kits have a one year shelf life from the date of manufacture.
Description	Indirect immunofluorescent antibody (IFA) test for the detection and semi-quantitation of human serum IgG antibodies to St. Louis Encephalitis virus (SLE), Western Equine Encephalitis virus (WEE), Eastern Equine Encephalitis virus (EEE), and California Encephalitis/La Crosse virus (CE). Each kit contains ten 8-well slides with fixed individual spots of SLE, WEE, EEE, and CE in each well, positive and negative controls and IgG conjugate -- Dual-Species.
