Description The Applied Biosystems 7500 Real-Time PCR System is a versatile, leading edge platform offering enhanced performance capabilities and a future upgrade to high speed thermal cycling.
  • Variable excitation and five-color detection enable you to use a broad range of fluorophores including FAM/SYBR Green I, VIC/JOE, NED/ TAMRA/ Cy3, ROX/Texas Red, and Cy5 dyes for precise results
  • Supports 96-well format plates and 0.2 mL tubes.
  • Powerful, versatile software including plate set-up wizards and automated analysis tools make data processing simple and straightforward
  • Advanced data viewing capabilities and automated analysis tools enable simple and straightforward data processing
Real-Time PCR Applications
Real-time quantitative PCR has many applications including the precise measurement of changes in gene expression, pathogen detection, and post-PCR detection in allelic discrimination (SNPs) assays. It is also ideal for plus/minus assays to confirm the presence or absence of a pathogen, transgene, or other specific target sequence.

Future Upgrade to High-Speed Thermal Cycling
An optional upgrade to a high-speed thermal cycling block will be available soon. This new system will use our new master mix formulations and enable you to significantly shorten your real-time PCR runs.
