Anti-tissue transglutaminase IgA Assay

ProductsAnti-tissue transglutaminase IgA Assay
Company Bio-Rad Laboratories
Item Anti-tissue transglutaminase IgA Assay
Features
Description Tissue transglutaminase (tTg) is a ubiquitous enzyme that catalyzes the cross-linking of proteins. Tissue transglutaminase is also the specific protein that is identified by the endomysial antibody immunofluorescence (EMA) tests (Bio-Rad catalog number 29003 and 29060). Anti-tTg IgA and IgG serologic tests are highly sensitive and specific for celiac disease diagnosis.

Bio-Rad anti-tTG assays are used for the semi-quantitative and qualitative determination of IgA or IgG antibodies to tissue transglutaminase (tTG) in human serum.
