Description The Aliquoting System RSD 800A is an individually configurable System for decapping, sorting, aliquoting and archiving (additional tube type identification via cap recognition is optional) which is able to process various sample tubes in a clearly organized workflow. The input and output sorting areas are customized and offer high capacity. The System can simply be loaded with various tubes in the racks at choice (e.g. centrifuge buckets, analyzer racks or generic racks) and automatically scans the barcode. Tube type and quality can additionally be checked if combined with a camera module (QS I). If preparing aliquots the system will generate a barcode label for the secondary tube. The tubes are customized sorted into the racks at choice on the output platform and can be manually transferred directly to the following analysing process. Additional recapping is possible. The RSD 800A has a capacity of up to 800 primary samples per hour (only decapping and sorting) and may be combined with the centrifuge modules ACM /ACM-8.
