Description The AVOXimeter 4000 provides a fast, accurate assessment of patient oxygenation at the bedside. The AVOXimeters patented state-of-the-art optics yield accurate measurements of oxy-, carboxy-, and met-hemoglobin as well as total hemoglobin. When used in combination with a blood gas analyzer, the AVOXimeter 4000 gives a comprehensive and complete assessment of the patients oxygenation status.

The AVOXimeter 4000 is a portable, battery-powered system designed to meet the accuracy demands of todays lab managers yet is easy enough for point-of-care, bedside testing.

The AVOXimeter 4000 requires no sample preparation, needs only 50 l of blood, and utilizes inexpensive disposable cuvettes. Results are obtained in less than 10 seconds. Comprehensive data management, quality control, and readily available proficiency-testing materials make regulatory compliance quick and easy.
