  • Lead-in profile of just 1.2 mm, and a 2.1 mm profile, the 3 Anterior Cervical Plate has many advantages. Accommodating three procedure types with a single plate is just the start.
  • Allows the surgeon to drill, tap (if necessary), and insert the bone screw with a single, fixed guide is just one of the ways Blackstone simplifies the procedure.
  • Different freehand guide (fixed, 0, 10) for each of the three types of cervical spinal fusion procedures the 3 System accommodates.
  • Two varieties of top locking plates based on procedure type: bronze for constrained or unconstrained, blue for semi-constrained.
  • Self-retention to the bone screw driver is just one way in which the 3 System's bone screws make final plate lockdown difficulty-free.
  • Screws are color-coded by size to simplify proper selection.
  • The 3 System provides a 20 cephalad/caudal screw angle and a 6 medial screw angle.

The 3 System simplifies anterior cervical spinal fusion by facilitating constrained, semi-constrained, and unconstrained procedures through innovative, integrated instrument design: color coding of instrumentation; all-in-one guides that let you drill, tap, and insert screws from one position; a low 2.1 mm profile with top locking plates matched to the procedure. No other anterior cervical plate system gives this combination of precision and versatility.
