Urologists Begin Clinical Trials on Treatment of Peyronies Disease

Urologists have recently initiated large scale clinical trials in order to substantiate preliminary results. Pre-Trial Results The previous clinical studies by X4 Labs Inc. were a small scale study which not only looked at the effect of the device on penis curvature but also at its potential as a non-surgical penis enlargement product.

In the clinical trials conducted by the research and development firm, the penis extender was shown to correct Peyronies disease up to 70 percent and results were significantly higher in milder cases. The previous studies also showed significant promise for the penis extender as a non-surgical penile augmentation device.

The controlled sample indicated that males using the penis stretcher for approximately three to six months experienced an increase in penis size of approximately 2.5 inches, with minor variations amongst participants. Urological Trials to Be Conducted The previous clinical trials conducted by X4 Labs Inc. have led to a distinct interest by the urological community, particularly in the use of these devices as an alternative to traditional surgical procedures for the correction of penis curvature.

The penis extender works on the principle of traction, which in essence means that as tension is applied to the penis body it forces cellular division and the creation of new skin tissue. A clinical study will be launched in the upcoming months by the International Andrological Association aimed at substantiating the use of these devices on a wider scale.

As pervasive surgery on the penis can often have drastic side effects such as impotence and loss of sensitivity, the penis extender will be a valuable tool in mild cases of penis curvature. These results will allow for greater use of non-surgical penis extenders within urological clinics. Already medically certified, results of this study may increase urologists prescription of non-surgical devices for the treatment of
