( Believe it or not Kapila an impregnat...)Wonder Cow Produces Milk Despite Being a Virgin!,Health

Believe it or not, Kapila, an impregnated cow of Sarnagat in Dabra Tehsil of Gwalior District has been lactating since the age of two without ever getting crossed with a stud bull or an artificial insemination. Its been ten years now.

According to the cows owner Sardar Ajit Singh, Kapila started giving milk when it was barely two-years-old and that too without ever getting pregnant.

Kapila was milked two litres for the first time ten years ago. Since that day she is giving four to five litres of milk in morning and evening.

Sardar Ajit Singh claims, Kapila never conceived or crossed with any bull.

He says: "We have never taken it to the market. Kapila has been giving milk for the last nine to ten years. People come to see her. Since the day she was brought to our dairy, luck is smiling on us."

Parminder Singh, Kapilas caretaker, says: "This cow is a God sent. Since the time it has come, there is peace at home and we have been profiting. Whenever the family faces any trouble, Kapila, by intuition, raises alarm by mooing or making strange noise."

The veterinarians are also a surprised lot to learn about Kapila. K.K. Sharma, Veterinary doctor, said: "Though science does not believe in such occurrences, there is a minute chance of such a miracle. Hormonal imbalance could also be behind it all."

Reports published in the local newspapers state that former Joint Director with the Animal Husbandry Department had inspected the cow. In his report, he had admitted that such a case was possible due to increased hormones level, though for further investigation the case was referred to the Jawaharlal Nehru Agricultural University.
