Though Sheriff Lee Baca has justified placing Paris Hilton under house arrest by citing a life-threatening psychiatric condition as the reason, it seems that Judge Michael T Sauer who ordered her back to the slammer was quite sure that the socialite was conning doctors.

On Larry Kings show, Larry Waldie, who had informed Judge Sauer about Hiltons early release, said that Sauer didn't care, and that he even hinted that Hilton was trying to mislead medics.

Steve Whitmore, LA Sheriffs department spokesperson confirmed that Waldie, informed the judge about the hotel heiress house arrest.

Whitmore added that Judge Sauer was prejudicial, and that he decided the sentence even without seeing Hiltons medical report.

The judge was prejudicial. He made up his mind without ever seeing a medical report, he said.
