People with stains avoid smiling in public to avoid embarrassment. Stains caused by tetracycline can be very unsightly, but treating these stains will soon become more affordable with a new-cost effective treatment. //
Many people with stains avoided treatment as the treatment options for treating the stains like veneering, crowns and bonding were too costly and not affordable.
However, Kim L. Capehart, DDS, MBA, AGD member and clinician, will explain how a new tooth whitening procedure he used on a patient helped significantly lighten these tough-to-remove stains and saved his patient more than $10,000 in dental restorative fees.
